View Award - The Circle of Galaxies Award (Fleet - 20th Anniversary)
The Circle of Galaxies Award is a special dispensation awarded by the Federation Council recognizing maturity and dedication to service. In addition to the ribbon, a sculptural award is also presented and engraved with the quote: "The whole of humanity will reach maturity and wisdom on the day that it begins, not just to tolerate but to take delight in the differences."
